Make Sure You Buy Your PortAventura Tickets Before You Visit

We love PortAventura and have been lucky enough to visit several times over the past 10 years. In fact we are heading to Salou for the May Half Term Break. It is because of this I thought I better start on my planning and I was amazed at how this year the difference in pricing of the tickets is bigger than ever.

Please don’t wait until you arrive at the gates to buy your tickets as this is by far the most expensive option.

After past experience I know that buying tickets at the gate is the least flexible and most expensive option but I started off at the official website so I know what it is I am aiming to beat.

As it stands on the website they will be offering only three ticket choices. 1 day, 2 day or a 3 day 2 park option all of these will not cover us for our 7 day holiday and will make it very restrictive for when we can visit. It is also interesting to see the for a 2 day ticket it will cost 66€ (33€ a 1 day ticket is already less value for money at 44€)

I now look into some of the ticket agencies on the web and I am astounded by the choice and also the difference in price I find I can buy a 7 day flexible ticket for £63.00 with the exchange rate as it currently is this works out cheaper than a 2 day pass and method we can go when we feel like it instead of being restricted to certain days – Who can go wrong at £9.00 per day – already cheaper for children and senior citizens!

At certain times of the year you can get already better offers than this i.e 14 days for the price of 7 (£4.50 per day)

So do you research and make sure you buy your tickets before you travel to get the best value for money.
